Subscriptions are managed by your Apple Account. On iPhone open Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → Worker: Word&Prayer → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
App Store purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with the same Apple Account, then open Settings → Restore purchase in the app.
All 365 daily devotionals are free, and so are the prayer notebook and your reflection notes. In Journeys, the top two journeys in the list are free in full. In Prayers, the top two categories of each list — situations and feelings — are free in full. Everything else needs a subscription.
On your device only. There is no server, so we cannot see any of it. If you lose the device it goes with it, so export a copy before you move.
On the old device use Settings → Export data to save a file, then on the new one use Settings → Import data and pick that file.
Settings → Start over from scratch erases it, and deleting the app does too. To remove a single prayer, long-press it in the notebook list or use Delete on its detail screen.
Check that notifications are allowed in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Worker: Word&Prayer, then check the times and switches in the app under Settings → Notification settings. A Focus mode can hold notifications back.
Open Settings → Word & prayer settings → Language. Devotionals, journeys and prayers are all there in both languages.
Settings → Word & prayer settings has three text sizes.
The sky behind the text follows the time of day — morning, midday, dusk and night. To hold one of them, choose it under Settings → Word & prayer settings → Sky.
