1수집·저장하는 정보

앱은 다음 정보를 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장합니다.

• 이용자가 직접 입력한 기록: 사진, 복용 체크, 복용 약 정보, 시술 기록, 일일 기록(빠진 모발 수, 두피 상태, 활동, 메모)
• 앱 설정 값: 알림 시각, 언어, 잠금 설정 등

위 정보는 외부 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 회사는 이용자의 사진과 기록에 접근할 수 없습니다. 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

2자동으로 수집되는 정보

없습니다. 앱은 분석 도구나 오류 수집(크래시 리포트) 도구를 사용하지 않으며, 이용자의 사용 기록·오류 정보를 자동으로 수집해 외부로 보내지 않습니다.

앱은 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 광고 식별자를 수집하거나 이용자 행동을 추적하지 않습니다.

앱이 외부와 통신하는 경우는 Google Play 결제 시스템과의 통신 하나뿐입니다. 이 통신에 이용자의 사진이나 기록은 포함되지 않습니다(제5조).

3기기 권한의 사용 목적

• 카메라 — 기록용 사진 촬영에만 사용합니다. 촬영한 사진은 앱 내부 저장소에만 저장되며 기기의 갤러리에는 나타나지 않습니다.
• 알림 — 이용자가 설정한 촬영일·기록·복용 알림을 보내는 데만 사용합니다.
• 정확한 알람 — 복용 알림에만 사용합니다. 약 먹는 시각은 몇 시간 밀리면 알림의 의미가 없기 때문입니다. 이 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있으며, 꺼져 있으면 앱은 정확하지 않은 알람으로 대신하므로 알림이 조금 늦게 도착할 수 있습니다.
• 기기 재시작 감지 — 기기를 껐다 켜거나 시각·시간대를 바꿨을 때, 이미 설정해 둔 알림을 다시 등록하는 데만 사용합니다. 이 신호로 어떤 정보도 읽지 않습니다.
• 진동 — 촬영 안내음을 낼 수 없는 무음 모드에서 촬영 시점을 알리는 데만 사용합니다.
• 파일 선택·저장 — 이용자가 “데이터 내보내기”로 백업 파일을 저장하거나 “데이터 가져오기”로 백업 파일을 고를 때, 이용자가 직접 선택한 위치에만 접근합니다. 앱이 임의의 경로를 탐색하거나 쓰지 않습니다.

앱은 기기의 사진첩(갤러리)에 접근하는 권한을 요구하지 않습니다. 백업 파일을 고를 때도 이용자가 그 파일 하나를 직접 지정하는 방식만 씁니다.

카메라와 알림은 처음 그 기능을 쓸 때 이용자에게 묻고, 거부해도 나머지 기능은 그대로 사용할 수 있습니다. 나머지 권한은 별도의 확인 없이 부여되는 종류이며, 위에 적은 용도 밖으로는 쓰지 않습니다.

4앱 잠금 정보

• 생체인증(지문·얼굴)은 운영체제가 처리하며, 앱은 생체 정보를 전달받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
• PIN을 설정한 경우 해당 값은 기기 안에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

데이터 내보내기 파일에는 사진이 포함되므로, 파일을 타인과 공유하거나 공용 저장소에 두지 않도록 주의해 주세요.

5결제 정보

구독 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 처리되며, 앱은 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 수집·저장하지 않습니다. 앱은 구독이 유효한지 여부만 확인합니다.

6정보의 보관·파기

• 모든 기록은 기기 내에 보관되며, 이용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제(제거)하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
• 설정 > “처음부터 다시 시작”을 실행하면 앱이 보관 중인 사진과 기록이 즉시 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.
• “데이터 내보내기”로 만든 백업 파일의 보관·관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 이 파일은 이용자가 지정한 위치에 저장되므로 앱이 삭제하거나 관리할 수 없습니다.
• “데이터 가져오기”로 백업을 되돌릴 때, 앱은 되돌리기 직전의 상태를 앱 내부 저장소에 임시 백업 파일로 한 벌 만들어 둡니다. 복원 도중 문제가 생겨도 원래 기록을 되살리기 위한 안전장치이며, 이 파일은 기기 안에만 있고 복원이 끝나면 삭제됩니다.
• 앱은 자동 클라우드 백업(Android 자동 백업)을 꺼두었습니다. 이용자의 사진과 기록이 동의 없이 외부로 복사되지 않도록 하기 위한 조치입니다.

7제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 제3자에게 처리를 위탁하지도 않습니다.

8이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 앱 내에서 자신의 기록을 조회·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다. 모든 기록이 기기 안에만 있으므로, 별도의 열람·정정 요청 절차 없이 이용자가 직접 처리할 수 있습니다.

9아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

11방침의 변경

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 앱 내 공지 또는 업데이트 안내를 통해 알립니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 시행일 전에 안내합니다.

1Information collected and stored

The App stores the following only on your device.

• Records you enter yourself: photos, dose check-offs, medication details, procedure records, daily records (shed hair count, scalp condition, activities, notes)
• App settings: reminder times, language, lock settings, and similar

None of this is sent to any external server, and we cannot access your photos or records. The App requires no sign-up or sign-in, and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that identifies you.

2Information collected automatically

None. The App uses no analytics and no crash-reporting tool, and does not automatically collect or send out your usage or error information.

The App shows no advertising, and does not collect advertising identifiers or track your behavior.

The only external communication the App makes is with the Google Play billing system. That exchange carries none of your photos or records (section 5).

3Why the App uses device permissions

• Camera — used only to take photos for your records. Photos are stored inside the App’s own storage and do not appear in your device gallery.
• Notifications — used only to send the photo-day, record, and dose reminders you set.
• Exact alarms — used only for dose reminders, because a reminder to take medication loses its point if it arrives hours late. You can turn this permission off at any time in your device settings; when it is off the App falls back to inexact alarms, so reminders may arrive a little later.
• Restart detection — used only to re-register the reminders you already set after you restart the device or change its time or time zone. The App reads no information from this signal.
• Vibration — used only to signal the moment a photo is taken when silent mode prevents the App from playing the capture sound.
• Choosing and saving files — when you save a backup with “Export data” or pick one with “Import data”, the App touches only the location you chose yourself. It never browses or writes to arbitrary paths.

The App does not request permission to read your device photo gallery. Even when you pick a backup file, you point at that one file yourself.

Camera and notifications are requested the first time you use the feature that needs them, and declining leaves the rest of the App usable. The remaining permissions are the kind granted without a prompt, and the App uses them for nothing beyond the purposes listed above.

4App lock information

• Biometrics (fingerprint, face) are handled by the operating system. The App neither receives nor stores biometric data.
• If you set a PIN, it is stored only on your device and never transmitted.

An exported data file contains your photos, so take care not to share it with others or leave it in shared storage.

5Payment information

Subscription payments are processed by Google Play billing. The App does not collect or store card numbers or other payment details; it only checks whether a subscription is active.

6Retention and deletion

• All records are kept on your device and are deleted when you delete them in the App or uninstall the App.
• Running Settings > “Start over” immediately deletes the photos and records the App holds, and this cannot be undone.
• You are responsible for keeping and managing any backup file created with “Export data”. Because that file is saved to a location you chose, the App can neither delete nor manage it.
• When you restore a backup with “Import data”, the App first saves a copy of your current state as a temporary backup file inside its own storage. This is a safeguard so your original records can be brought back if anything goes wrong during the restore. That file stays on your device and is deleted once the restore finishes.
• The App has Android auto backup turned off, so that your photos and records are never copied off the device without your consent.

7Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties, and we do not entrust its processing to any third party.

8Your rights

You can view, edit, and delete your records in the App at any time. Because everything is stored on your device, you can do this directly, with no separate access or correction request.

9Children’s information

The App is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

1収集・保存する情報

本アプリは次の情報を利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。

• 利用者が自分で入力した記録: 写真、服用チェック、服用する薬の情報、施術の記録、日々の記録(抜けた毛の本数、頭皮の状態、活動、メモ)
• アプリの設定値: 通知時刻、言語、ロック設定など

これらの情報が外部サーバーへ送信されることはなく、当方が利用者の写真や記録にアクセスすることはできません。本アプリは会員登録やログインを必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号など利用者を識別できる情報を収集しません。

2自動的に収集される情報

ありません。本アプリは分析ツールやエラー収集(クラッシュレポート)ツールを使用せず、利用者の利用状況やエラー情報を自動的に収集して外部へ送ることはありません。

本アプリは広告を表示せず、広告識別子の収集や利用者の行動追跡も行いません。

本アプリが外部と通信するのは、Google Play決済システムとの通信のみです。この通信に利用者の写真や記録は含まれません(第5条)。

3端末の権限を使う目的

• カメラ — 記録用の写真撮影にのみ使用します。撮影した写真はアプリ内部のストレージにのみ保存され、端末のギャラリーには表示されません。
• 通知 — 利用者が設定した撮影日・記録・服用の通知を送るためだけに使用します。
• 正確なアラーム — 服用の通知にのみ使用します。薬を飲む時刻は数時間ずれると通知の意味がなくなるためです。この権限は端末の設定でいつでもオフにでき、オフの場合は正確でないアラームで代替するため、通知が少し遅れて届くことがあります。
• 端末の再起動の検知 — 端末を再起動したり、時刻やタイムゾーンを変更したりしたときに、すでに設定された通知を登録し直すためだけに使用します。この信号からいかなる情報も読み取りません。
• バイブレーション — マナーモードで撮影音を鳴らせないときに、撮影のタイミングをお知らせするためだけに使用します。
• ファイルの選択・保存 — 「データの書き出し」でバックアップを保存する場合、または「データの読み込み」でバックアップを選ぶ場合に、利用者が自分で選んだ場所にのみアクセスします。任意のパスを探索したり書き込んだりすることはありません。

本アプリは端末のギャラリーにアクセスする権限を要求しません。バックアップファイルを選ぶ場合も、利用者がそのファイル一つを自分で指定する方式のみを使います。

カメラと通知は、その機能を最初に使うときに利用者に確認し、拒否しても他の機能はそのまま利用できます。その他の権限は個別の確認なしに付与される種類のものであり、上記の用途以外には使用しません。

4アプリロックの情報

• 生体認証(指紋・顔)は OS が処理し、本アプリが生体情報を受け取ったり保存したりすることはありません。
• PIN を設定した場合、その値は端末内にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されません。

データの書き出しファイルには写真が含まれるため、他人と共有したり共有ストレージに置いたりしないようご注意ください。

5決済情報

サブスクリプションの決済は Google Play の決済システムを通じて処理され、本アプリはカード番号などの決済手段の情報を収集・保存しません。本アプリはサブスクリプションが有効かどうかのみを確認します。

6情報の保管・破棄

• すべての記録は端末内に保管され、利用者がアプリ内で削除するか、アプリを削除(アンインストール)すると一緒に削除されます。
• 設定 >「最初からやり直す」を実行すると、本アプリが保持している写真と記録は直ちに削除され、復元できません。
• 「データの書き出し」で作成したバックアップファイルの保管・管理の責任は利用者にあります。このファイルは利用者が指定した場所に保存されるため、本アプリが削除・管理することはできません。
• 「データの読み込み」でバックアップを復元する際、本アプリは復元直前の状態をアプリ内部のストレージに一時バックアップファイルとして保存します。復元の途中で問題が起きても元の記録を復旧できるようにするための安全策であり、このファイルは端末内にのみ存在し、復元が終わると削除されます。
• 本アプリは Android の自動バックアップを無効にしています。利用者の写真と記録が同意なく外部へ複製されないようにするための措置です。

7第三者提供

当方は利用者の個人情報を第三者へ提供せず、第三者へ処理を委託することもありません。

8利用者の権利

利用者はいつでもアプリ内で自分の記録を閲覧・修正・削除できます。すべての記録が端末内にのみあるため、別途の開示・訂正請求の手続きなしに利用者が直接行えます。

9子どもの個人情報

本アプリは14歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
