화면 속 고양이 영상과 교감하는 앱이에요. 쓰다듬기, 궁디팡팡, 눈 깜빡이기, 이름 부르기는 무료로 쓸 수 있어요.
한 번 결제하면 츄르와 낚싯대를 계속 쓸 수 있어요. 업데이트로 반응이나 고양이 종류가 생기면 추가 결제 없이 함께 열려요. 자동 갱신이 없는 일회성 결제예요. 같은 Apple 계정이면 다른 기기에서도 설정의 구매 복원으로 다시 열 수 있어요. 여기서 평생은 앱이 App Store 에서 제공되는 동안을 뜻해요.
만 19세 미만은 법정대리인의 동의를 받아 결제해야 해요. 동의 없이 결제했다면 본인이나 법정대리인이 취소를 요청할 수 있어요.
결제와 환불은 Apple 이 처리해요. reportaproblem.apple.com 에서 요청할 수 있고, 대한민국 이용자는 관련 법에 따른 청약철회를 요청할 수 있어요.
앱 안의 영상, 그림, 소리의 권리는 개발자에게 있어요. 앱 밖으로 복제하거나 배포하거나 판매할 수 없어요. 고양이 영상은 사진을 바탕으로 영상 생성 도구로 만들었어요.
앱을 변조하거나 결제를 우회하거나 앱의 내용을 허락 없이 추출하는 행위는 할 수 없어요.
반응과 고양이 종류는 더하거나 고칠 수 있어요. 서비스를 끝내야 하면 30일 전에 앱과 웹 문서로 알려요.
고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한 기기 고장이나 통신 장애로 생긴 손해는 책임지지 않아요. 앱 속 고양이의 행동은 재미를 위한 것이고, 실제 반려묘를 돌보는 조언이 아니에요.
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르고, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결해요.
약관을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전에, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전에 앱과 웹 문서로 알려요.

This app lets you interact with a video of a cat on screen. Petting, butt pats, slow blinks, and calling its name are free to use.
A single payment gives you continued access to the lickable treat and the wand toy. If updates add reactions or cat breeds, they unlock at no extra cost. It is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. With the same Apple Account, you can unlock it again on other devices using Restore Purchase in Settings. Here, "lifetime" means for as long as the app is offered on the App Store.
Users under the age of 19 must obtain the consent of a legal guardian to make a payment. If a payment was made without consent, the user or their legal guardian may request its cancellation.
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, and users in the Republic of Korea may request withdrawal of their purchase under applicable law.
All rights to the videos, images, and sounds in the app belong to the developer. They may not be copied, distributed, or sold outside the app. The cat videos were created from photographs using a video generation tool.
You may not modify the app, bypass payment, or extract the app's content without permission.
Reactions and cat breeds may be added or changed. If the service must end, we will give notice in the app and in the web document 30 days in advance.
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages caused by device failure or network outages. The cat's behavior in the app is for entertainment and is not advice on caring for a real pet cat.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved in the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
If we change these terms, we will give notice in the app and in the web document 7 days before the changes take effect, or 30 days before for changes unfavorable to users.

画面の中のねこの映像とふれあうアプリです。なでなで、おしりポンポン、まばたき、名前を呼ぶは無料で使えます。
一度の決済で、おやつとねこじゃらしをずっと使えます。アップデートで反応やねこの種類が増えた場合も、追加料金なしで開放されます。自動更新のない一回限りの決済です。同じAppleアカウントであれば、他の端末でも設定の「購入を復元」から再び開放できます。ここでいう「ずっと」とは、アプリがApp Storeで提供されている間を指します。
満19歳未満の方は、法定代理人の同意を得て決済する必要があります。同意なく決済した場合は、本人または法定代理人が取り消しを求めることができます。
決済と返金はAppleが処理します。reportaproblem.apple.com からリクエストでき、大韓民国の利用者は関連法令に基づく申込みの撤回を求めることができます。
アプリ内の映像、画像、サウンドの権利は開発者に帰属します。アプリの外に複製、配布、販売することはできません。ねこの映像は、写真をもとに映像生成ツールで作成しました。
アプリを改ざんすること、決済を回避すること、アプリの内容を無断で抽出することはできません。
反応やねこの種類は追加・変更されることがあります。サービスを終了する場合は、30日前までにアプリとWeb文書でお知らせします。
故意または重大な過失がない限り、端末の故障や通信障害によって生じた損害については責任を負いません。アプリ内のねこの行動は楽しむためのものであり、実際の飼い猫の世話に関する助言ではありません。
本規約は大韓民国の法律に準拠し、紛争は民事訴訟法に基づく管轄裁判所で解決します。
規約を変更する場合は、施行の7日前までに、利用者に不利な変更は30日前までに、アプリとWeb文書でお知らせします。
